Strategic Planning Process
In 2022 Activity Haven’s Board of Directors established a Strategic Planning Committee to oversee the Centre’s strategic planning process. The Committee’s mandate was to develop a formal Strategic Plan, ensure effective implementation of the Plan and provide a framework for evaluating progress in achieving the Plan’s goals and objectives.
Through detailed needs analysis and with invaluable input from our Board and staff, our membership and key community partners , the Committee identified the priorities, or pillars, upon which the Strategic Plan 2023-26 is based: Our Facility, Our Members, Our Quality of Service and Our Voice.
